1.  Gather the information for exactly what you want -- you'll need to provide details such as dimensions, preferred colors or wood types.

2.  We will provide you with a cost estimate, delivery timeframe and wood samples to approve.

3.  You will send a 50% deposit to start work.

4.  We will send you photos as your piece is being handcrafted.

5.  Delivery of your completed piece will be coordinated with you.

6.  Final payment is required upon delivery.
